“EVERY BODY IS BEAUTIFUL. Every body is divinely inspired, superbly designed, awesome in the complex way it’s put together and wonderful in the simple, economical way it works. Every body can be vital, strong and flexible moving through life with grace and assurance, totally healthy-not just some of the time but most of the time. Every body can be improved, inside and outside, because the body potential is hardly ever realized.”

Experience Fletcher Pilates
The moment I experienced Fletcher Pilates is when I knew it was the discipline I wanted to study. Fletcher Pilates takes the Classical work and polishes it like a diamond, adding finesse and detail to every movement so our bodies are set up correctly for every piece we do. This lineage is possibly the most comprehensive training (1000 hours across two courses) and I love the focus on breath, articulation, detail and preparing our body for the movement. Fletcher Pilates also has its own repertoire including Fletcher Floorwork, Fletcher Barrework and Fletcher Towelwork.
I teach private sessions in studio at Queen’s Park London and online. Thanks for stopping by and please drop a line below if you have any questions or want to schedule a session!

Private Sessions
I teach private sessions in a beautiful fully-equipped Classical Pilates studio in Queen’s Park, London. Private sessions are the best and fastest way of feeling and seeing change in our body. In our initial session, we discuss your goals and any movement or physical concerns. We conduct a postural assessment with the goal of centring and aligning the body. In a private session we utilise all Pilates equipment available including the Ped-i-Pul, Trapeze Tower (Cadillac), Reformer, Spine Corrector, Wound Chair, Towel, Magic Circle and Hard Roller.
Pre & Post Natal
I have trained in Pre & Post Natal Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute. In a Pre-Natal session we focus on building strength and flexibility across the entire body. As pregnancy progresses, we focus on leg and arm strength and flexibility and still ensure gentle spinal movements. Pelvic floor work is included in all sessions.
In post-natal, so long as you are cleared to exercise from your doctor or physiotherapist, I will work alongside recommendations from your physio or doctor on rehabilitation. We work on gently rebuilding strength and opening through the shoulders and chest as a mother’s body is so often curled forward in feeding, picking up baby, and picking up and moving all of baby’s things whilst holding baby!

“I started my Pilates journey with Íse six months postpartum after the birth of my second child. She is nothing short of an amazing teacher. I had experienced pelvic girdle pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction and diastasis recti in both pregnancies. I’d also had two c-sections in seventeen months. Not an easy subject! Within a couple of sessions working with Íse, the tension and pain in my SI joint and pelvis was reduced. Within a couple of months it had disappeared. Íse has an unwavering commitment to form and a rare ability to identify the root cause of a movement. She identified many areas of compensatory movement in my body (which I wasn’t even aware of!) and the lack of flexibility in my thoracic and lumbar spine. Through her guidance I was able to start engaging with these parts of my body and change the way I move. I can’t wait to continue my Pilates journey with Íse. A life changer. “

“Thank you so much for a fabulous Beginners’ course in Pilates. I have seen huge improvements in my mobility since starting the course. Last week we were doing hip work and I couldn’t believe when out walking since my hip flexors and legs were so free! First time in a couple of years. I’ve tendinapathy in my gluteus minimis and got such relief my sessions with Ise. I can walk without pain and same with climbing the stairs. I’m delighted. Thank you so much. Ise is so kind, even when I’m having difficulty doing some stretches well, she’s keeps encouraging me so gently! I’m looking forward to my next course with Ise”

“I have had the pleasure of attending Ise’s Pilates classes over the last 2 years, and I can confidently say that she is an incredible Pilates teacher. As I live on the other side of the world, I cannot make normal class hours. Ise is always so accommodating about class time starts and caters to my needs. Her passion for Pilates and expertise shines through in every session. Her extensive knowledge of Pilates is evident from the moment you step into her (virtual) class. She brings a positive energy and encouragement. I adore her enthusiasm for pilates. Having someone guide you through each move, explaining why we do it has made me learn so much about my own body. I’ve noticed how much stronger I have become in just a short space of time. As someone who sits every day, her classes have been a game changer. I have such a good glow after every session, it sets me up for my day. Whether you are a Pilates enthusiast or new to the practice, Ise’s guidance will take your practice to new heights. I wholeheartedly recommend Ise to anyone looking to improve their fitness, posture, and overall well-being through the incredible art of Pilates.”

“My private class with Ise was so inspiring and nourishing, she has an incredible way to cue the posture and allow my body to sink in deeply. Her way of communication and space holding was so healing and I have found a new love for Pilates. I can highly recommend working with her.”
